Kea Journeys is a New Zealand-registered travel company founded by Hong Kongers born in the 1990s. It possesses all the licenses recognized and legally operating in New Zealand and focuses on providing small and personalized tour services.

 

Here, there's no complex team structure like in traditional travel agencies, no layers of division of labor like "customer service → itinerary planning → operations → tour guide." From the initial consultation and itinerary planning, to accommodation, transportation, and activity arrangements, and then to the actual execution and guidance during the trip, I personally handle every aspect. You don't need to reintroduce yourself again and again, nor do you need to worry about "I clearly told him, why doesn't the other person know?", and there's certainly no subcontracting of tours to other companies.
